1050/1060/1100 Aluminum alloy sheet

1050, 1060, and 1100 aluminum alloy sheets all belong to the 1XXX series of pure aluminum (aluminum content ≥99%). They possess excellent plasticity, electrical and thermal conductivity, and corrosion resistance, and are easy to process and weld. They are commonly used in both industrial and civilian applications. They are primarily composed of aluminum, with extremely high aluminum contents (1050 aluminum content ≥99.5%, 1060 aluminum content ≥99.6%, and 1100 aluminum content ≥99.0%). They contain only small amounts of impurities such as iron and silicon, and no other alloying elements are added. These alloys are not heat-treatable and their properties are primarily modified through cold working (such as cold rolling).
